Some people think that taking violin, viola or cello lessons can be difficult. It doesn't need to be, if you start from the beginning with a gifted teacher in private lessons. Your teacher works with you individually to develop the physical skills that will make it easy:
- A relaxed, natural posture
- Comfortable bow and violin hold
- Use of body movement and weight to produce good sound
As you build your physical abilities, your teacher concurrently begins helping you to develop the musical skills that will really free you to express yourself. The combination of fully developed physical and musical skills will result in easy and enjoyable playing.
